Susan has been reporting on the meeting and travel industry since 1984. She began her career with positions at Business Travel News and Successful Meetings magazines, and has authored a Frommer's guidebook on New England Beaches. She joined Adams Business Media in 1989 as editor of Insurance Conference Planner.
