Nina Yon is now responsible for soliciting technical conventions and meetings in her role as senior national sales account executive at the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts has named Joseph Reyes regional director of sales in the company's New York office. He will be responsible for the Northeast region. Most recently, Reyes was director of corporate sales for The Holiday Inn Wall Street in New York City.

Brenda Square has been named account executive in the convention sales department at the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau. Square joins the SACVB from SBC Communications Inc., where she was director of event marketing.

Robert L. Wentworth is the newly appointed director of sales and marketing for the new Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, Calif. The hotel is scheduled to open in October 2002. Wentworth comes to the hotel from the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, Calif., where he served as the director of sales and marketing.
